Executive Coaching
Executive Coaching is a bespoke, highly personalised and in-depth partnership for senior leaders and executives who are ready to move to the next level.
Typical outcomes are improving strategic thinking, being able to lead in rapidly changing and uncertain environments, and having the capacity to relate to complex systems and understand their own role in these.
My experience of working with executives is that development is often about personal impact, self-awareness and the ability to work with and through others at a strategic level. Typically people wanting executive coaching already have high skill levels and expertise and to fulfil their potential they require something else. This ‘something else’ is often about the self. We are often unaware of what’s right in front of us, the masks we wear, the habits we’ve formed and the assumptions we make, all of which are so automatic that we no longer realise they’re there. We need a special kind of mirror, not one that shows us how we look on the outside but one which illuminates the inside.
This illumination of the self can unlock barriers and blocks to success and provide a platform for executives to move to the next level.
